Jim Walsh: On Broadway

Broadway's theater owners and producers settled a 19-day strike with stagehands on Wednesday night, allowing the show to go on for Walsh's $2,500-per-person weekend in New York City.

Invitees were to be treated to performances of "Xanadu," which was not affected by the strike, and "Curtains," a musical comedy that had been darkened during the walkout, according to the Walsh campaign.

Before the first show Friday, donors were invited to a reception and dinner with Walsh at the New York City restaurant Baldoria. Saturday's schedule included a Broadway matinee followed by a dinner with Walsh, R-Onondaga, at the Nasdaq headquarters.
