Onondaga County turned Blue

As of April 1, Democrats outnumbered Republicans in the county by 134 voters. That tiny edge could be important, at least psychologically, given the GOP's historic Upstate dominance and this year's highly competitive county executive's race

Just how fast the trend was moving became clear in November when Republican Rep. Jim Walsh, a 18-year incumbent from Onondaga, lost in his home county to Dan Maffei, a relatively unknown Democratic challenger, said Diane Dwire, chairwoman of the Onondaga County Democratic Committee

Oh, and how disappointed Lord Walsh was when he lost Syracuse and Rochester... His subjects better get in line before the next election or else he's get REALLY REALLY disappointed in the voters.
