New Poll being released tuesday

(WSYR-TV) - The 25th Congressional District race between Republican Congressman Jim Walsh and Democratic challenger Dan Maffei is one of the hottest in the country. So NewsChannel 9 and the Syracuse Post Standard have teamed up with Zogby International to find out how Central New Yorkers are approaching one of the biggest races in the country.
Initial findings of the NewsChannel 9/Post Standard poll will be released on NewsChannel 9 starting at 5:00 PM on Tuesday.

In depth analysis of the poll numbers will be released in Wednesday editions of the Post Standard, and on The Morning News on NewsChannel 9.
Complete polling numbers will also be available on 9WSYR.COM.

Thank god for blogs since both Carrie Hazardous and crew at 9 and the SubStandard are both repugnant

It's supposed to be released at 5pm, according to the PS.

I also couldn't help but notice they decided to post a disgusting amount of pro-Walsh LTEs, but only ONE pro-Maffei letter. Could they be anymore transparent?

Driving through my neighborhood this morning, you'd think Maffei was the incumbent. The amount of signs for him was AWESOME!

I am hoping so hard that this poll has Maffei ahead.

47.5% of registered likely voters say they would vote for Walsh.

38% say they would vote for Maffei.

14.5% of voters say they are still undecided.

The poll carries a margin of error of +/- 4.5%.

Ok, well, we got two weeks to make up 9 points. The MoE and undecided numbers are a good thing, imo.
