Al Gore and Max Cleland in UNY

Al Gore will be visiting SU thursday, and Max Cleland will be in Rochester this weekend.

(Two Vietnam vets and Democrat heroes who were swiftboated by the Right Wing Hate Machine.)

I did not see in Maffei's event calendar any indication he will be meeting with Max or Al. It sure would be great to see them together on the stage. Those are big name figures who could help Dan allot.

Speaking of right wing hate machine. The Washington Post reports "90 percent of its $50 million-plus advertising budget on what officials described as negative ads."

Meanwhile Bush and his cohorts are busy trying to make us forget about Iraq by shining the light on Osama and fear mongering.

These republicans are uterly filthy. They will do anything to protect their rich constituents; we must fight them and regain this country.

Ok, first of all, Right Wing Hate Machine would be a great name for an industrial/punk band.

Secondly, it's pretty risky in my opinion to brink up OBL, since they lost him, "Don't think much about him", and are allowing him to continue to inspire and make vids for terrorists. Kind of like if I don't take out the trash and then keep pointing out the overflowing trashcan to my wife.

Did anyone see the new Walsh ad? The one with the veteran? Walsh claims to put all the records electronically, and to have gotten $1 billion more for the VA.

You mean the $1 billion they had to put into the VA because they didn't know where the funds went to?

Of the electronic records of THOUSANDS of veterans that somehow were lost?

We gotta pounce on this one.
