Walsh's Pollster: Walsh Vulnerable

From the article I quoted earlier, here is Jeff Stonecash telling us what we already knew:

Walsh, a nine-term incumbent who had no Democratic opponent in 2004 and whose father once served in Congress, has dominated the politics of his district for years. But his pollster, Jeff Stonecash, said surveys indicated that Bush's unpopularity could pose a risk to Walsh and other Republicans.

"Thank you, George Bush," Stonecash said. "People have become willing to consider a challenger."

Jack Cookfair, makes bad ads and can't read polls, let's just hope the Republicans keep hiring him.

A contact of mine who works in a law firm in 'cuse told me his opinion the unions are not going all out in support of Maffei is they are convinced Walsh will win and dont want to piss Walsh off.

(this is on what level heresay, but on the other hand- he would know).

Its a legitimate perception and shows although Dan has gained momentum- there is allot of work to do.

Do what you can to PUSH NOW to help Maffei and help beat Walsh!
